I wanted to evoke the safe feeling of climbing into a clean, warm bed with this Balm.

With gentle Neroli, relaxing Lavender and Chammomile, warming Vanilla and confidence boosting Bergamot, it's lovely for aiding sleep and relaxation, easing Anxiety, Grief, Stress, Fear and Shock.

    A Hand to Hold has been a life saver in our household. With sufferers or anxiety in the house, a small dab of this product on pulse points on those bad days has made such a difference. It's almost like it is giving one of those big hugs that make you feel safe and protected. I would say this is one of the best products I have ever come across for doing just what it says it will.
